When is the best time to sign up for a Eversnap package?

Most couples sign up 6 to 9 months in advance, but we also see many last minute sign ups. You can create multiple, separate albums for any wedding event to document your entire wedding journey, such as dress shopping, your bridal shower, bachelor or bachelorette party, honeymoon, etc.

Can I still receive instruction cards if I live outside the United State?

Yes, we do international orders for instruction cards, however international shipping costs apply. For international customers, we can also send you an electronic template of your instruction cards to print on your own or through a print shop. When are your photos retouched?

If you have purchased the Professional Photoretouching option, all of the photos in your main wedding album will be retouched. As they are retouched by a team of professional photographers, all of the photos will be retouched at one time within a week of the date of your wedding and re-uploaded as a new album.

When are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM Pacific Time.

How long is my account vaild?

There is no expiration date for your Eversnap account. You can use Eversnap to capture and share your precious memories starting the moment you sign up, for forever!

I want to purchase this for someone else, should I use their email address or my own?

Eversnap makes a great gift. Simply sign up with your own email address and forward the wedding couple the confirmation email you receive after signing up.

Can I use Eversnap for events other than weddings?

Do I need anything for my Live Moderated Slideshow?

We will provide the link to access your slideshow as well as all of the instructions to access it. For the slideshow equipment, you will need Internet, a screen, and projector. We recommend contacting your venue or DJ for all of the equipment and to make sure your location is Live Slideshow friendly! Once you are all set for your slideshow, our team of professional moderators will remotely moderate your slideshow.
